Login-enabled users. Pre-register a row here with the user's mobile (E.164, e.g. +919833441170) or email; user_id auto-links the first time they sign in via WhatsApp OTP or email/password.

Mobile format: include the + and country code, e.g. +919833441170. The matching trigger normalizes both sides, but the column check requires the leading +.
